Introduction Sports have become an integral part of our lives, and people of all ages and backgrounds participate in various sports activities. With the increase in sports participation, the demand for sports equipment has also increased. Sports equipment is essential for the safety and performance of athletes. The purpose of this survey is to gather information about the use of sports equipment, the factors that influence purchasing decisions, and the opinions of consumers about the quality and availability of sports equipment. Methodology The survey was conducted online using a questionnaire that was distributed to a sample of individuals who participate in sports activities. The sample was selected based on age, gender, and the type of sport they participate in. The questionnaire consisted of 20 questions that covered various aspects of sports equipment, including the type of equipment used, the frequency of use, the factors that influence purchasing decisions, and the opinions of consumers about the quality and availability of sports equipment. Results The survey results showed that the majority of respondents (85%) use sports equipment regularly. The most commonly used sports equipment was sports shoes (95%), followed by sports clothing (80%), sports balls (70%), and protective gear (60%). The frequency of use varied depending on the type of equipment, with sports shoes and clothing being used most frequently. The survey also revealed that the most important factors that influence purchasing decisions are quality (90%), price (80%), and brand reputation (70%). Other factors that were considered important were comfort, durability, and style. The survey also showed that the majority of respondents (70%) prefer to purchase sports equipment from physical stores, while 30% prefer to purchase online. Finally, the survey revealed that the majority of respondents (80%) were satisfied with the quality of sports equipment available in the market. However, some respondents expressed concerns about the availability of certain types of equipment, especially in smaller towns and cities. Conclusion The survey results indicate that sports equipment is an essential part of sports participation, and the majority of consumers are satisfied with the quality of sports equipment available in the market. However, there is a need to address the concerns of consumers about the availability of certain types of equipment, especially in smaller towns and cities. The survey also highlights the importance of quality, price, and brand reputation in influencing purchasing decisions. The results of this survey can be used by sports equipment manufacturers and retailers to improve the availability and quality of sports equipment and to better understand the needs and preferences of consumers.
